Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia, as well as Singapore.

Delivery timeframes

  • West Malaysia: orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • East Malaysia: orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Singapore: orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping fees

  • West Malaysia: RM 5.90
  • East Malaysia: RM 8.90
  • Singapore: RM 24.90

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are applicable per order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect delivery details

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@therootedclub.com so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@therootedclub.com with your order number so we can investigate with our courier partner. In the event a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
